Upper Gros Ventre Aspen
March 2020. Prescribed fire through mechanical treatment to reduce fuel loads and improve habitat for ungulates, enhance aspen communities, and increase nutritional quality of forage in the Upper Gros Ventre area in Teton County.
South Teton Cheatgrass
March 2020. Chemical treatment to reduce and eliminate infestations of invasive cheatgrass on the National Elk Refuge, Bridger-Teton National Forest in Teton County.
Bridger Teton RX
March 2020. Project will utilize mechanical treatment and prescribed fire to remove invasive conifers and reduce fuel loading concentrations, reduce ignitions and fire spread on U.S. Forest Service lands in Teton County.
Popo Agie River - Hudson
March 2020. Reconstruction and restoration of portions of the Little Popo Agie River by realigning the riverbank, providing bank sabilization, improved riparian habitat and fisheries, and reconnection of the flood plain in Fremont County.
Ryegrass Riparian
March 2020. Restoration and enhancement including construction of irrigation diversion structures, reconnection of channels, raising water table to improve wetlands to reinvigorate riparian vegetation and improve aquatic habitat in the North Cottonwood Creek, Sublette County.
