Esther Wagner is Vice President – Public Lands at the Petroleum Association of Wyoming where she works extensively with federal and state land and wildlife agencies. Esther has lived in Casper most of her life and graduated from Natrona County High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming. Esther has served on several industry boards and committees in Wyoming, Montana and New Mexico and is pleased to have the opportunity to be a member of the WWNRT.
Esther has a strong appreciation for wildlife and conservation in the state. This, along with
her job, enables her to have a keen understanding of the interaction between wildlife and
energy development and the necessary balance that needs to be maintained.
Esther enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, running, cross country skiing and camping.
She and her husband, Brian, have two children, Jessica and Remington.
